CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance of the appointment. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply if cancellation is not made within that time-frame. The $25 fee will be added to the total amount due for service performed on the date of the rescheduled appointment. If the customer is unwilling to pay the fee, we reserve the right to refuse service. We also reserve the right to refuse service to a customer who has re-scheduled service twice.
Pet Owners:
Caution should be taken with large indoor pets. Long nails may leave scratches in the finish even after polish has dried.
Deposits:
Floor treatments $500-$1,000 are subject to a non-refundable deposit up to 30%. Floor treatments over $1,000 are subject to a 30% non-refundable deposit. All deposits are due in advance, on the day the job is booked. These deposits ensure booking for the specific days and needs of the customer.

In 2013, we were operating under the franchise name, Oxygreen of Nashville. Nashville Hardwood Floor Care is a limited liability corporation.
