If you have polish build-up or residue, please notify us when making the appointment. Things like pet hair and dirt trapped under preexisting polish and rug stays must be disclosed at the time the appointment is being made.

PREPARING FOR OUR VISIT:

Please remove all small items such as chairs, lamps, speakers, decorations, trash cans, stools, powder room items, HVAC vent covers (if removable) and pet feeding bowls and bed, prior to our arrival. Heavy pieces can remain in their permanent place. We can clean and polish around and under these pieces.

Floors must be vacuumed the night before or early that morning before we arrive.

Rugs can be a challenge. All rugs should be rolled up and moved. If large area rugs cannot be moved, the ends can be folded up to clean under and around them.
