We recognize that your time is very valuable when
booking and keeping appointments.
Customer satisfaction is our business.
All cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance of
the appointment. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply if
cancellation is not made within that time-frame.
The $25 fee will be added to the total amount due for
service performed on the date of the rescheduled appointment.
If the customer is unwilling to pay the fee, we reserve
the right to refuse service.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to a
customer who has re-scheduled service twice.
Caution should be taken with large indoor pets.
Long nails may leave scratches in the finish
even after polish has dried.
Floor treatments $500-$1,000 are subject to a non-refundable deposit
up to 30%. Deposit is due in advance, on the day the job is booked.

Area includes Nashville and surrounding
areas within 25 mile radius. Areas outside the 25 mile
radius such as Thompson Station or Gallatin are subject to
$25 service fee that can be waived based on the
amount of square footage. Minimum 600 sqft.
